Ann-Kirstine Christiansen teaches at the Scandinavian Carillon School, where she has been Head of Department since January 1998, and is concert-administrator of the two city hall towers in Denmark which have carillons—Frederiksberg (Copenhagen) and Århus. She has given recitals in Europe, the USA and Canada. In 2001 she made a CD on the Norwegian Travelling Carillon, with Søren Gleerup Hansen on organ. She is also organist and choirmaster at Brabrand and Sønder Aarslev Churches in Århus
